Tales of Myr is a labor of love and our priority is to maintain a stress free, creative space everyone can enjoy. Please keep in mind that staffing is not a job– if you have any concerns with the site, our concepts, or a staff member, please address them directly to administration.

When reaching out to staff for questions, concerns, suggestions or anything site-related you will need to do so by posting in the #Ask-Staff channel within our Discord.

We do not have an official warning system on-site. Writers who fail to obey the rules in the spirit of the law will simply forfeit their right to be a part of the community. Any member who does not follow the rules in place will be given only one written warning and any subsequent repetition of disregarding the rules on Tales of Myr will result in a lifetime ban and a deletion of the banned member's characters.

The staff are not on-site to be a police force or mediator. Personal conflicts should be resolved amongst yourselves and the staff have a strict no-involvement policy in this regard. We do not want to be caught in the middle of interpersonal disagreements and drama. The staff role is centered around site upkeep and development (though we welcome member input!).

Sparrow - Owner and Admin of Myr.
Hello all, and welcome to Tales of Myr! I'm Sparrow, or Sprow, or Sprowtato - whichever you feel inclined to use. I am the lover of cats, coffee, and carnage. I've been writing for most of my life and have been in the RPG scene for a number of those years. I enjoy writing, art, reading, sewing, video games, D&D, riding horses, the SCA, camping with my spouse Dingo, plus about 87 hobbies that I can't list. I am, usually, quite busy in the real-life side of things, but Myr is a passion project of mine that I am VERY glad to be sharing with all of you! My DM's are always open, so if anyone has any questions or would like to plot, feel free to send me a message!

I've been in the RPG scene for longer than some of you have been alive. I'll talk your ear off about video games, horses, motorcycles, SCA and camping. Clerics are the best D&D class, black and gold is the best color scheme, black licorice is GOOD!
